Meet Luke
My name is Luke Gannon and I am passionate about helping people improve their mental health and gain greater awareness as to why they think, feel and do what they do.
Having suffered with depression, anxiety, passive suicide ideation, concentration, a number of addictions including food, TV, pornography and exercise as well as a host of physical symptoms including chronic knee pain, shoulder pain, wrist pain and digestive issues, I began searching for answers to my symptoms.
My journey led me to many different health professionals. Everything changed for me when I discovered Kinesiology. Kinesiology resolved all my physical symptoms and was a massive help to me in dealing with many of my mental struggles listed above. After experiencing the healing power of this modality I decided that I wanted to help others heal their mental health. This led me to obtain a Diploma in Kinesiology from The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology in 2021.
After many success stories with clients my curiosity for learning more about how trauma impacts both our mental and physical health grew. This led me onto the wonderful work of the bestselling author and world leading expert on trauma Dr. Gabor Mate. In 2023 I completed a twelve month training in his psychotherapeutic approach called Compassionate Inquiry. In 2024 I completed a further six month mentorship program in this approach and I am now a fully certified Compassionate Inquiry Therapist. I have completed over 100 sessions throughout my training.
